Is RacketBuddy only for clubs?
No. Players reserve courts, book coaches and find hitting partners. Clubs get the tools to run the facility and get found.
Do I need a membership to book?
That depends on the club. Each club decides what members and guests can book and at what price. You see the price and availability before you reserve.
What does it cost a player?
Nothing beyond the club’s court price or the coach’s lesson price. There are no booking fees added at checkout.
What does it cost a club or a coach?
Clubs pay $50 a month for the whole system — no setup fee, no contract, cancel any month — and keep 100% of their court revenue. Coaches pay nothing up front; RacketBuddy keeps 10% of each lesson booked through the platform.
How do refunds work?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your start time and you get a full refund to your card. Later than that, the club keeps the booking.
